Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy usually spans a longer period of time, exploring our emotions and behaviours, and how they are informed by our values, beliefs and past experiences. It is designed to help generate deeper insight into causes and impacts of emotional challenges. Psychotherapy offers the chance to safely explore the impacts of family, society and culture across one’s lifespan, and explore pathways to healing and new ways of being.
